  1. Learn about the role that you can take in supporting your child’s mental health and why your child needs help with emotion processing

  2. Learn practical skills for offering emotional support to your child and strengthening your relationship

  3. Learn how to respond to painful emotions and strong emotional reactions such as expressions of worry, hopelessness and anger.
